Fixender may provide ways for users and professionals to report content, behaviour, or activity on the platform.
This page explains how to raise a complaint or report an issue.
1. What can be reported
You may report:
- fake listings
- fake reviews
- scams or suspected fraud
- abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or unsafe conduct
- unlawful or prohibited content
- impersonation
- misuse of messaging features
- other breaches of our Terms or policies
2. How to report
To report an issue, contact: support@fixender.com
Please include as much relevant information as possible, such as:
- the name of the person or listing involved
- links or screenshots
- dates and times
- a clear explanation of the issue
- any supporting evidence
3. What happens next
Fixender may:
- review the report
- request further information
- remove or restrict content
- issue warnings
- suspend or terminate accounts
- take any other action we reasonably consider appropriate
4. No guarantee of outcome
Submitting a report does not guarantee that content will be removed or that a specific action will be taken.
5. Disputes between users and professionals
Fixender is not generally obliged to investigate, mediate, or resolve disputes between users and professionals. However, we may take moderation or platform-safety action where appropriate.
6. Abuse of the reporting system
You must not misuse the reporting process by making knowingly false, malicious, abusive, or bad-faith reports.
