Fixender may allow users to submit ratings, reviews, and feedback about professionals listed on the platform.
This Reviews Policy explains the rules that apply to reviews on Fixender.
1. Purpose
We want reviews on Fixender to be honest, relevant, and helpful.
2. Who can leave a review
A review should only be left by a person with a genuine first-hand experience of the relevant professional or service.
3. What reviews must be like
Reviews must:
- be based on a genuine first-hand experience
- be truthful and not misleading
- be relevant to the service experience
- reflect the reviewer’s honestly held opinion
- not contain abusive, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, or unlawful content
4. Prohibited reviews
The following are not allowed:
- fake reviews
- self-reviews
- reviews posted on behalf of another person
- reviews intended to mislead
- reviews posted in exchange for an undisclosed payment, reward, discount, or benefit
- reviews used to threaten, extort, or unfairly pressure a professional
- duplicate or spam reviews
5. Professional conduct regarding reviews
Professionals must not:
- review themselves
- ask others to post fake reviews
- post reviews about competitors in a misleading way
- offer or arrange hidden incentives for positive reviews
- pressure users to remove truthful reviews
6. Moderation and removal
Fixender may review, moderate, restrict, remove, or refuse reviews where we reasonably believe they:
- are fake or misleading
- breach our Terms or this policy
- are abusive, unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, threatening, or irrelevant
- were posted in improper circumstances
7. Challenging a review
If a professional believes a review breaches this policy, they may contact us at support@fixender.com and explain why.
Submitting a complaint does not guarantee removal. We may request evidence or further information.
8. No guarantee
Fixender does not guarantee that reviews are accurate, complete, or representative. Reviews reflect the views of individual users.
