1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file downloaded onto the user’s device when visiting a website. It allows the device to be recognised on subsequent visits, preferences to be remembered and statistical information about site use to be collected.

3. International transfers

Google cookies are managed by Google Ireland Ltd. and Google LLC. Transfers outside the EEA rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and on Google’s adherence to the EU-US Data Datenschutz Framework.

4. Consent management and withdrawal

On first access to the site, a consent banner allows the user to accept, reject or granularly configure cookies. The “Reject” option has the same visibility and accessibility as “Accept”, in line with the AEPD guide.
