fixender.com is a directory that allows users to find professionals and companies providing home services in Spain. Fixender does not provide the advertised services, does not participate in the contracting between the user and the professional, and does not receive any commission from such contracting.
3. Bedingungen of use
Access to and use of the site implies full acceptance of this Impressum, the Datenschutz Policy, the Cookie Policy and the Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen.
The user undertakes to use the site in accordance with applicable law, good faith and public order, and not to engage in conduct that may harm Fixender or third parties.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
All site contents (texts, images, brand, logos, source code, design and navigation structure) are owned by Gaspar García Sánchis or by licensed third parties. Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without prior written authorisation is prohibited, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996 on Intellectual Property.
Third-party trademarks and logos appearing in professional listings are owned by their respective holders and used solely for descriptive and informational purposes, in accordance with Spanish Trademark Law 17/2001.
5. Liability for third-party content
Fixender acts as an intermediary service provider under articles 13 to 17 of the LSSI-CE. Information published about professionals is obtained from public sources (Google Maps, the professional’s own website, public registries) and from contributions by the professionals themselves. Fixender does not guarantee the accuracy, currency or completeness of such data, without prejudice to the rectification and removal mechanisms described in the Datenschutz Policy and Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen.
To report allegedly unlawful content or incorrect information, please use the procedure described in our Notice and Action section, in accordance with article 16 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (DSA).
6. External links
The site may contain links to third-party websites. Fixender is not responsible for the content, accuracy or privacy policies of those sites. The inclusion of a link does not imply recommendation or association.
7. Exclusion of warranties and liability
Fixender does not warrant uninterrupted availability of the site, absence of errors or absence of viruses or other harmful components. Within the limits permitted by applicable law, Fixender is released from liability for damages arising from use or inability to use the site.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction
This Impressum is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be brought before the Courts of the consumer’s place of residence when the user is a consumer, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Spanish Consumer Code), or before the Courts of Valencia in all other cases.
